NPI产品开发工程师

职位描述

1、作为NPI阶段产品技术负责人，负责内外窗口对接，对产品技术负责；

2、对接DA, 持续优化产品、物料及工艺设计，推动完成产品/工艺设计余量评估及持续改善，如公差分析、灵敏度分析、DFMEA等；

3、协调DA、工艺和NPI，推动制定NPI产品成本、良率及效率目标和改善方向及计划；

4、推动完成NPI转移过程中风险识别、改善计划及闭环落地，如工艺、治具、机台和培训评估及风险规避；

5、从产品、可靠性、良率和效率角度，持续优化产品、流程及工艺的设计，提高产品良率和效率，使其具备极佳市场竞争力；

6、推动产品可靠性验证，主导分析及解决可靠性中出现的异常；

7、负责产品NPI转移过程中，瓶颈问题的分析及解决，推动产品平稳爬坡及顺利交付；

8、洞察行业内外技术及工艺，优化内部工艺平台，提高产品竞争力；

9、持续推进关键物料二供降本验证及导入；

10、其他产品或项目相关工作。

1. Serve as the technical lead for products in the NPI phase, act as the internal‑external interface owner and take technical ownership of products.

2. Liaise with DA team to continuously optimize product, material and process designs; drive the completion of margin evaluation and continuous improvement for product / process design, including tolerance analysis, sensitivity analysis, DFMEA, etc.

3. Coordinate DA, process and NPI teams to formulate targets and improvement roadmaps & plans for NPI product cost, yield and efficiency.

4. Drive risk identification, improvement planning and closed‑loop implementation during NPI transfer, covering evaluation and risk mitigation for processes, fixtures, equipment and training.

5. Continuously optimize designs of products, workflows and processes from the perspectives of product performance, reliability, yield and efficiency, so as to improve product yield and efficiency for strong market competitiveness.

6. Drive product reliability verification, and lead the analysis and resolution of anomalies identified in reliability tests.

7. Be responsible for analyzing and resolving bottleneck issues during NPI transfer, and drive smooth production ramp‑up and on‑time product delivery.

8. Keep insights into internal and external industry technologies and processes, optimize in‑house process platforms to enhance product competitiveness.

9. Continuously promote verification and introduction of second‑source key materials for cost reduction.

10. Perform other product‑ or project‑related assignments.

任职要求

1.通信工程、光信息科学与技术、光通信、电子信息技术等相关专业，硕士及以上学历，专业知识扎实；

2.3年以上光器件产品设计、工艺开发经验，1年以上400Gbps速率以上产品大批量导入经验，有大型企业工作经历者优先；

3.熟悉光器件产品开发、测试验证、生产调试、量产转产、产品提效等相关工作；

4.英语四级以上，具有良好的听、说、读、写能力；

5.逻辑清晰，良好的沟通能力，团队协作能力；学习能力强，动手能力强，工作踏实；责任心强，目标导向，个性开朗，诚实守信，积极主动；

6.能承受一定的工作压力；能适应短期海外出差工作需要。

1. Master’s degree or above, majoring in Communication Engineering, Optical Information Science and Technology, Optical Communication, Electronic Information Technology or other related fields, with solid professional knowledge.

2. Over 3 years of experience in optical‑device product design and process development, with at least 1‑year experience in mass‑production introduction of products of 400Gbps and above. Working experience in large‑scale enterprises is preferred.

3. Familiar with optical‑device‑related work including product development, test verification, production debugging, transfer‑to‑mass‑production and product efficiency improvement.

4. CET‑4 or above, with good English listening, speaking, reading and writing capabilities.

5. Clear logical thinking, good communication and teamwork skills; quick learner with strong hands‑on capability, pragmatic working style, strong sense of responsibility, goal‑oriented mindset, outgoing personality, integrity and proactivity.

6. Able to work under moderate pressure and adapt to short‑term overseas business trips.
