整车安全乘员保护工程师

职位描述

-Breakdown occupant target according safety strategy and finish feasibility analysis 根据车型安全目标制定乘员保护开发分解目标，并完成可行性分析；

-Be responsible for occupant space and design check to support design data负责乘员保护空间的造型评估，支持造型数据发布；

-Be responsible for occupant performance modeling and analysis; and provide engineer solutions负责建立乘员保护有限元模型和分析；并通过工程方案解决相关问题；

-Be responsible for occupant test plan, status follow up and CAE/Test correlation, which can solve both CAE and test issues负责制定乘员保护实验计划、跟踪状态、并完成分析和试验对标工作；具备解决分析和试验问题能力。

任职要求

-教育程度 Education: Mechanical and Vehicle Engineering Degree机械或车辆工程专业；

-工作经验 Work Experience: At least 3 years’ safety experienc. Lead one vehicle safety performance development至少三年工作经验；独立牵头负责过一个完整项目开发；

-专业知识Knowledge: Familiar with vehicle sturcture and safety regulation熟悉汽车碰撞安全相关法规，掌握汽车构造的基本知识，有限元基本知识；

-Experience with commercial FEA software such as LS-Dyna, Hypermesh, ANSA, Meta, Oasys…熟悉商用有限元软件，如LS-Dyna、Hypermesh、ANSA、Meta、Oasys等；

-团队精神 Team work: Good team spirit, logical thinking and efficient communication 良好的团队合作精神、严密的逻辑思维能力及高效的沟通能力。
