CGS International Securities Pte. Ltd. (CGSI) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Galaxy Securities, headquartered in Singapore, with a business network spanning more than 10 countries and regions, holding a leading market share. CGSI focuses its operations in Southeast Asia, primarily conducting businesses in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and other countries and regions, including equity trading, wealth management, investment banking, fixed income, structured products, currencies and commodities, prime brokerage services, and ASEAN-specific Sharia-compliant investment products. It also has offices in Hong Kong (China), South Korea, the United Kingdom, and other locations.Job responsibilities for this position are as follows:

1.Assist with private equity deal screening — company and sector research, market sizing and preparation of initial investment screens.

2.Build and maintain financial models and valuation analyses under senior supervision.

3.Support due diligence workstreams: data room organisation, information request tracking, DD note drafting and coordination with external advisers.

4.Track portfolio and fund holdings; compile performance, attribution and KPI data for periodic client, investment committee and HQ reporting.

5.Prepare investment committee materials, pitch books and client presentations.

6.Maintain investment records and support compliance with MAS fund management regulations, valuation policy and internal procedures.

7.Undertake other duties as reasonably required.

任职要求

1.Related majors in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics or related; CFA Level I passed or in progress preferred.

2.Candidates with asset management, private equity, investment banking or equity research are preferred. Solid financial modelling and Excel skills; familiarity with Bloomberg/FactSet or PitchBook/Preqin an advantage; strong written English for report drafting, Mandarin advantageous for HQ liaison and regional sourcing.
