职位描述

1.支持财富管理海外交易台多资产交易执行，包括但不限于结构化产品、债券等；

Execute multi-asset trades, such as bonds and structured products for Wealth Management's international trading desk.

2.引入新产品结构，丰富产品平台，执行内部产品上架流程；

Implement internal product onboarding procedures and introduce new product structures to enhance the product platform.

3.支持海外交易相关的各类新业务推动；

Support the development of new trading and product related business ideas.

4.支持海外交易相关的数字化建设；

Boost international trading and product related digitalization projects.

5.支持财富管理部自营FOF组合的基金申购及赎回等相关工作；

Assist the business with the funds subscription and redemption of proprietary FOF portfolios.

6.开通新的产品对手方，维护与现有对手方的关系，确保所有发行人符合我们最新的内部标准。定期审查发行人资质；

Maintain connections with current counterparties, onboard new product counterparties, and make sure all issuers adhere to our most recent internal standards. Review issuer eligibility on a regular basis.

7.处理交易簿记、交易对账，协调中后台进行产品交付和结算；

Manage trade booking, trade reconciliation, and product delivery and settlement coordination with middle- and back-office teams.

8.负责制作海外交易的操作流程制度以及交易操作指南。

Create trading operation guidelines and operational procedure guides for trading and product business.

任职要求

1.诚信正直、低调谦逊、艰苦奋斗，具备良好的道德品质；

Demonstrates outstanding integrity, honesty, humility, perseverance as well as remarkable ethical behaviour.

2.毕业于国内外院校，本科及以上学历，金融、经济、数学、计算机及相关专业；

Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related disciplines.

3.具备1-3年金融行业相关从业经验；

1-3 years of relevant experience in the financial industry.

4.熟悉掌握境外结构化票据业务流程，及具备相关交易经验，包括多种海外常见的票据结构、代销协议的签署模式、产品上架及风险评级、询价系统及流程、并以最佳执行原则进行交易；

Proficient in end‑to‑end workflows of offshore structured notes business with relevant transaction experience, covering a wide range of prevailing overseas note structures, signing modalities for distribution agreements, product onboarding and product risk‑rating, quoting systems and procedures, as well as trade execution in compliance with best‑execution principles.

5.熟悉各家票据发行方及认识各家的相对优势；

Familiar with various note issuers and their respective comparative advantages.

6.具备流畅的英语听说读写译能力以及语言表达能力、文字处理能力；

Possess fluent English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, writing and translation, with strong verbal communication and document‑processing capabilities.

7.有良好的沟通能力和团队精神，有执行力和抗压能力；

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with strong execution and capacity to work under pressure.

8.具备证券从业资格和期货从业资格。

Hold a securities industry licence and a futures industry licence.
