是公司专为生产质量方向设立的高潜人才发展项目，聚焦药物的研发、工艺转化、生产落地、以及质量管理，通过系统性培训、实战轮岗与导师制辅导，全面提升未来技术与管理骨干的综合能力。

About the programme is a high-potential talent development project established by the company specifically for the production quality. It focus on the research and development of drugs, process transformation, production implementation, and quality management. Through systematic training, practical job rotations, and mentorship guidance, it aims to comprehensively enhance the overall capabilities of future technical and management backbones.

学历背景：拥有中国的“双一流”大学或全球大学排名（如QS、THE、ARWU等）前200名院校硕士学历的26届或27应届毕业生；

专业背景：药学、制药工程、化学工程与工艺、生物工程等相关专业，成绩优异者优先；

语言水平：中英文流利，能够使用英文作为工作语言，在以下英文考试中达到相应水平，其中：CET-6 580+ / IELTS 7.0+ / TOEFL 105+ / TOEIC 900+等。

- Possesses good logical analysis and problem-solving abilities.

- Has excellent English communication skills and cross-cultural adaptation abilities, and is willing to participate in overseas cooperation/project support.

- Can adapt to job rotations and challenging tasks, demonstrating learning resilience and team collaboration spirit.

Educational Background: A master's degree from a "Double First-Class" university in China or a top 200 global university (e.g., QS, THE, ARWU rankings) for 2026 or 2027 fresh graduates.

Professional Background: Related majors such as pharmacy, pharmaceutical engineering, chemical engineering and technology, bioengineering, etc., with preference given to candidates with outstanding academic performance.

Language Proficiency: Mandarin and English. Capable of using English as a working language, and meeting the corresponding levels in the following English tests: CET-6 580+ / IELTS 7.0+ / TOEFL 105+ / TOEIC 900+, etc.
