FX Product Manager - Global Payment

The International Payments FX team is building a client-facing FX product system for global cross-border payment scenarios, serving use cases such as cross-border remittance and cross-border e-commerce. The team focuses on multi-country, multi-currency transaction scenarios to create scalable and replicable product solutions.

In this role, you will be deeply involved in the design and implementation of client-facing FX products within the cross-border payments business. You will collaborate with multiple teams—including business, trading, banking/payment institutions, and compliance—to drive the development and growth operations of client-facing FX products across different countries and regions.

Responsibilities:

- Deep understanding of the business logic, market landscape, and product models of cross-border remittance or cross-border e-commerce. Ability to deliver complete, actionable FX product solutions based on business direction, customer needs, and user scenarios.

- In-depth knowledge of local markets, with a focus on continuously optimizing FX user product features around user experience.

- Ability to design marketing campaigns targeting customer acquisition, retention, and engagement; build marketing platform capabilities; and design business monitoring metric systems, all in alignment with the platform ecosystem. Continuously optimize marketing campaigns through data analysis to drive sustained growth in user scale and transaction volume.

- Select external partnership channels based on business needs, collaborate with BD, compliance, and legal teams for onboarding, and maintain ongoing relationships with partner channels.

- Understand the regulatory frameworks of various countries and regions; collaborate with compliance and legal teams on license applications and regulatory filings; work with operations and finance teams on partner bank business filings and cross-border declarations.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or above; 3+ years of relevant experience in financial or payment institutions;

- Solid and in-depth understanding of the cross-border payments / FX industry, familiar with key industry participants, core business models, and product forms; background in banking, payment institutions, or related financial industries is preferred.

- Strong client-side product design capabilities, with experience in client-facing product design and operations. Ability to design product solutions that are usable, operable, and commercially valuable, centered on customer needs, business processes, and transaction scenarios; end-to-end product implementation experience or growth operations experience is a plus.

- Strong data analysis and product abstraction capabilities.

- Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills; able to efficiently coordinate business, trading, R&D, compliance, finance, and external partners in complex organizational environments to drive project delivery.

- Entrepreneurial mindset, strongly results-oriented and self-driven; able to work in complex environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in cross-border remittance products is a plus.
