职位描述
"• Define and drive the research institute's strategic vision, annual roadmap, and execution plans
• Stand up and run the PMO — own cross-functional program intake, milestone tracking, and resource allocation for strategic initiatives
• Lead AI governance: establish technical standards, API contracts, and security & ethics guardrails
• Manage external partnerships across academia, industry alliances, and tech brand building
• Partner with the Global Digital Intelligence Center to align shared services (HR, Finance, etc.) with R&D priorities"
任职要求
"• 5+ years in strategy, operations, or program management at a tech company; AI/internet background a plus
• Strong grasp of the AI technology landscape — able to author technical strategy narratives independently
• Track record of leading 3+ major cross-functional programs from kickoff to delivery
• Outstanding communicator and negotiator — comfortable interfacing with executives and external partners
• Exceptional writing and executive presentation skills"
