"• Spearhead the development of Chery's proprietary foundation model stack and the industry-specific ""mid-size model"" line for mobility

• Drive pre-training in language & code, multi-modal fusion, instruction tuning, and safety alignment

• Architect an end-cloud foundation model service layer enabling unified model deployment

• Own model versioning, performance benchmarking, and continuous iteration cadence

• Collaborate across data, evaluation, and edge teams to close the loop from data → training → evaluation → deployment"

任职要求

"• PhD in CS/AI or equivalent, with 5+ years in large model R&D

• Hands-on experience in foundation model pre-training, fine-tuning, or alignment — not just theory

• Led or played a core role in building at least one industry-specific model from research to production

• Publications at top-tier venues (NLP, multi-modal, code generation) are a strong plus

• Deep expertise in Transformer/MoE architectures, distributed training, and efficient inference"
