"• Push the frontier on next-gen AI cognition: slow thinking, causal reasoning, long-horizon planning, and tool use
• Build an Agentic AI framework supporting multi-modal input, dynamic environment perception, and autonomous decision-making
• Develop an in-vehicle Agent Runtime that enables task decomposition and end-to-end execution
• Explore multi-agent collaboration paradigms for human-AI teaming and swarm intelligence
• Ship high-impact research — top-tier papers, patents, and open-source contributions that build our technical moat"
任职要求
"• Deep expertise in AI reasoning, planning, and decision-making systems; background in System 2-style cognitive models
• Led or significantly contributed to complex task planning, tool-use frameworks, or multi-agent system development
• Familiar with ReAct, Plan-and-Execute, Tree-of-Thought, and other mainstream Agent architectures
• Strong foundations in reinforcement learning, symbolic reasoning, or neuro-symbolic systems
• Prior experience applying Agent tech to intelligent cockpits, enterprise automation, or similar domains is a plus"
