"• Develop world models and embodied control systems for vehicles and mobile robots — enabling environmental understanding and autonomous action

• Build a high-fidelity simulation platform for training and validating AI models in virtual environments

• Crack the edge AI Runtime: enable efficient, low-latency execution of large models on vehicle hardware

• Drive low-level optimizations — compiler tuning, custom operators, heterogeneous computing — to push inference performance

• Pioneer vehicle-cloud collaborative intelligence architectures for distributed task execution and state synchronization"

任职要求

"• R&D background in robotics control, world models, simulation systems, or edge computing

• Hands-on with ROS, Unity/Unreal simulation engines, SLAM, and motion planning stacks

• Experience deploying AI models to embedded platforms (e.g., automotive-grade SoCs); expert in model compression and inference optimization

• Track record in embodied AI, humanoid robotics, or autonomous driving perception & decision-making

• Deep understanding of the ""brain-body-environment"" interaction loop; cross-modal fusion and real-time control capabilities"
