• Drive organizational efficiency through AI — build Chery's proprietary Enterprise Copilot product suite
• Architect an intelligent value chain spanning R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, sales, and service
• Deploy AI-powered process reengineering to lift key process automation rates by 30%+
• Build an enterprise knowledge hub — intelligent retrieval, decision support, and automated report generation
• Establish ongoing partnerships with business units to drive systematic AI adoption"
任职要求
"• Experience designing and shipping enterprise AI products (Copilot, intelligent workplace, process automation)
• Deep understanding of core enterprise workflows — able to spot AI leverage points
• Proven ability to build enterprise knowledge graphs, document understanding systems, and intelligent QA
• Led at least one cross-system AI transformation project with measurable cost savings and efficiency gains
• Equal parts product thinker and technical leader — able to partner with business teams to drive change"
