任职要求
"• 3+ years in HPC or AI systems R&D; expert in parallel programming frameworks (CUDA, Triton)
• Proven track record architecting large-scale inference systems serving millions of users
• Full-stack mastery of inference optimization — operator fusion, quantization, pruning, KV-Cache management
• Strong system architecture skills and cross-team technical coordination"
