• Develop AI Agent development frameworks and toolchains
• Build the technical infrastructure behind digital employees (e.g., Xiao Qi, Xiao Rui)
• Design Agent orchestration, scheduling, and monitoring systems
• Drive large-scale Agent adoption across business scenarios"
任职要求
"• 3+ years in multi-agent systems, reinforcement learning, or distributed AI research
• Strong theoretical grounding and hands-on experience in MARL, game theory
• Able to independently lead Agent R&D for vehicle-road coordination and similar domains
• Outstanding algorithmic innovation and complex systems modeling skills"
