职位描述

1. Category Management and Strategic Sourcing (R&D categories药物临床前研发服务）

a) Serve as category owner, aligning procurement strategies with business goals.

b) Lead end‑to‑end sourcing (RFx, bid evaluation, negotiation) & contract execution.

c) Develop, monitor and optimize category strategy; leverage market intelligence to adapt strategy to market/business shifts.

d) Deliver cost‑saving targets.

2. Supplier relationship management

a) Build Preferred Supplier List, run SRM lifecycle and track supplier KPIs for performance improvement.

b) Proactively partner with suppliers to deliver valued innovations.

c) Mitigate supplier risks covering supply continuity, compliance, quality, legal and IP matters.

3. Business engagement

a) Act as business partner, understand business needs & priorities.

b) Communicate and train stakeholders on category strategies, procurement policies and guidelines.

4. Project management

a) Participate or lead high‑impact business projects.

b) Address complexity & ambiguity with business acumen and agility.

5. Compliance and risk management

a) Comply with corporate RCM, audit and compliance rules across category, SRM and sourcing workflows.

b) Execute supplier due diligence; partner with Legal & Compliance for risk assessment and mitigation.

c) Support internal/third‑party audits, implement CAPA and remediation measures.

d) Manage BCP, quality, IP and statutory‑related risks.

任职要求

 Bachelor’s degree or above in Pharmacy, Biology or related majors.

 At least 7 year procurement & sourcing experience, including 4 5 years in category management/strategic sourcing.

 Strong experience sourcing/managing biopharma pre clinical categories (e.g. DMPK/Tox/In vivo pharmacology）

 （Early biological research/Early chemical research) is highly preferred.

 English proficiency (written & verbal) is a plus, not mandatory.

 Multi regional clinical trial sourcing experience is highly advantageous.

 Strong cross stakeholder communication, capable of handling challenging conversations.

 Willing to work under pressure and competent in ambiguous & uncertain scenarios.

 Procurement system knowledge (Ariba etc.)
