职位描述

A product, a package, a store, a piece of collateral — even the feeling created by different materials and production techniques — all become part of the design experience.

Here, you won’t be boxed into one discipline or one type of project. You’ll move across different touch points, and trying new things, figuring out what you’re good at, and what you actually enjoy..Here, you won’t be limited to a single design discipline or business scenario. You’ll have the opportunity to explore different projects, work across diverse touchpoints, and discover where your strengths and interests lie.

1. 参与品牌视觉相关设计工作，将品牌理念转化为具体的视觉表达；

2. 参与新品、门店及不同商业项目的视觉设计，面对多元的设计需求；

3. 参与品牌内容、传播及其他视觉相关项目，接触不同类型的设计场景；

4. 参与喜茶持续探索的新业态、新项目，在更开放的商业场景中进行设计实践；

5. 与产品、品牌、市场、运营等不同团队协作，理解业务需求并提出专业的设计解决方案；

1. Contribute to brand and visual design work, translating brand ideas into compelling visual expressions.

2. Participate in visual design projects across new products, stores, and other commercial initiatives, responding to diverse design needs..

3. Shape brand content, communications, and other visual projects across different creative contexts;

4. Take part in heytea's ongoing exploration of new business formats and projects, applying design in more open and evolving commercial scenarios.

5. Collaborate with teams across Product, Brand, Marketing, Operations, and other functions to understand business needs and develop thoughtful design solutions.

任职要求

1. 2027届毕业，视觉传达、平面设计、品牌设计、数字媒体艺术等相关专业；

2. 具备扎实的设计基础，对视觉、构图、字体、色彩等有较好的理解；

3. 有完整的个人作品集，能够体现你的设计能力与思考过程；

4. 熟练使用相关设计软件及工具。

1. You’re graduating in 2027, studying Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Brand Design, Digital Media Arts, or a related field.;

2. You have strong design fundamentals — composition, typography, color, and the rest — and you know how to use them.

3. A portfolio that shows not just what you can make, but how you think.

4. You’re comfortable with the tools of the trade (and open to learning new ones).
