Delivery Specialist - Benelux

Plan and coordinate deliveries with retail partners including scheduling, customer requirements, and readiness checks

Monitor delivery performance versus weekly targets and act early if we risk missing the monthly plan

Coordinate vehicle movement and store arrival timing together with logistics and Order to Delivery

Maintain a clear view on constraints such as supply disruptions or product holds and propose workable alternatives to protect timing

Support the full order and delivery operation including registration readiness and delivery documentation

Track basic account receivables status linked to deliveries and align with internal finance processes where needed

Drive continuous improvement of the delivery process by spotting friction and fixing it with partners and internal teams

Handle ad hoc operational tasks when the team needs support, with a calm and solution focused approach
