Brazil Marketing Designer

职位描述

1. Responsible for Keeta's marketing, communication design, and daily operation design.

2. Participate in early-stage creative ideation based on brand tone, and lead the overall visual style and creative design of marketing campaigns.

3. Ensure brand consistency across all user touchpoints, ensure high-quality creative execution, and track design performance.

4. Produce illustrations and derivative merchandise designs based on the brand IP.

任职要求

1. Bachelor's degree or above, 4-5+ years of experience in marketing/creative design.

2. Excellent visual expression and brand thinking.

3. Ability to analyze and summarize campaign data, strong understanding of products and users.

4. Proficient in flat/3D/hand-drawn design styles and related design software.

5. Strong English skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing; excellent communication abilities, be able to meet the communication needs of international projects.

6. Experience in fashion, industrial design, accessories, or transportation product design; experience in brand merchandise design or cooperation projects in logistics, sports & outdoor, or food delivery equipment.

7.Experience in offline design and asset deployment is a plus (responsible for designing advertising creatives for Meituan Keeta’s overseas campaigns across various channels, including brand and performance ads. Collaborate closely with Keeta’s Marketing and Performance Marketing teams). Strong creative design skills with high execution efficiency; able to swiftly optimize designs based on performance data. Proficient in AIGC design tools to enhance design efficiency. Short video editing and production skills are a strong advantage.
