职位描述

1、根据设计趋势，制定中长期的造型规划，根据专业规划的策略，快速满足客户需求，提升客户满意度；​

任职要求

1、工业设计、交通工具设计等相关专业，本科以上学历；

2、8年及以上整车厂或设计公司工作经验、主导2款整车造型设计且市场接受度高；

3、具有出众的审美和个人品位，敏锐的造型趋势捕捉和分析能力，指导设计方向；

4、优秀的设计创新能力，出色的草图、效果图表现能力，优秀的设计与约束平衡能力；

5、优秀的模型把控能力，能熟练指导模型（数字模型和油泥、硬质模型）制作与把控；

6、具有丰富的工程实现知识，有效解决造型实现过程中的工程、工艺问题，并保证造型效果；

7、良好的沟通协调能力和团队协作能力，良好的英文表达和交流能力。 1, industrial design, transportation design and other related majors, bachelor degree or above;
