Relationship Manager, Wealth Management

Job Purpose

- To drive the aggressive expansion of the wealth management client franchise by developing business relationships, achieving revenue targets, and providing sophisticated advisory services to high-profile clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Proactively prospect and develop diverse client resources, focusing on HNW, Corporate, Listed companies and other non-licensed investment entities

- Identify clients' needs and provide suitable global trading and custody services, wealth management advice, and margin financing facilities across global securities markets, with major investment products including global stocks, ETFs, futures and other exchange-traded products, as well as OTC products such as funds, bonds and structured products

- Establish and maintain ongoing and effective communications with Group channels to continuously develop new customers and drive asset introduction

任职要求

- Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related disciplines

- At least 5 years of experience in sales, client relationship management, or business development within the financial services or banking industry in Hong Kong, with demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships independently and having accumulated solid client resources

- Strong information processing capabilities in Hong Kong market and sound identification and assessment capabilities of wealth management products

- Solid understanding of compliance and risk control procedures in Wealth Management, with ability to implement accordingly in day-to-day operations

- Eligible to be licensed under the SFC in dealing in securities and futures

- Strong sense of teamwork and self-motivated, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
