职位描述

1. 负责多肽/寡核苷酸合成路线优化及工艺研究；

2. 协调研发阶段的原料供应及分析资源，保证项目运行期间的安全、质量，控制成本，推动项目进度。

1. Responsible for the optimization of peptide/oligonucleotide synthesis routes and process research.

2. Coordinate the supply of raw materials and analytical resources during the R&D phase to ensure safety and quality, control costs, and drive project progress.

任职要求

1. 硕士及以上学历，有工作经验者可放宽学历，有机合成、多肽合成及相关专业方向；

2. 有工艺研发/生产经验，熟悉GMP管理者优先。

3. 需要较强的文献检索和资料查询能力；

4. 具备较好数据分析，归类，和总结能力者优先；

5. 要有良好的沟通能力；

6. 英语能力突出者优先。

1. Master's degree or above; academic requirements may be relaxed for candidates with relevant work experience. Background in organic synthesis, peptide synthesis, or related fields preferred.

2. Experience in process R&D/production and familiarity with GMP management is preferred.

3. Strong literature search and data retrieval skills are required.

4. Candidates with strong data analysis, categorization, and summarization skills are preferred.

5. Good communication skills are essential.

6. Proficiency in English is preferred.
