职位描述

1. 参与非标自动化设备结构分析及设备动作草图设计工作。

2. 参与设备可行性评估及成本分析，编制专业评估报告。

3. 参与设备整体结构设计，输出设备装配图、零件图，编制零部件清单及标准件采购清单。

4. 输出设备装配图纸，指导技术人员完成设备组装、调试工作。

5. 整理、发行设备图纸、技术资料及配件清单，完成资料归档与标准化管理。

6. 为生产部门提供设备相关技术支持，跟踪设备运行状态，排查设备问题并提出优化改进方案。

7. 梳理设备动作逻辑，输出设备动作说明文档，配合电气工程师完成设备编程调试工作。

Responsibilities

1. Participate in structural analysis of non-standard automation equipment and draft motion schematic designs.

2. Participate in equipment feasibility and cost analysis; prepare professional evaluation reports.

3. Participate in overall equipment structural design; output assembly and part drawings; compile parts lists and standard-component procurement lists.

4. Provide assembly drawings and guide technicians in equipment assembly and debugging.

5. Organize, release, and archive equipment drawings, technical documents, and spare-parts lists with standardized management.

6. Provide technical support to production; monitor equipment operation, troubleshoot issues, and propose improvement plans.

7. Document equipment motion logic/sequences and provide specifications to electrical engineers for programming and debugging.

任职要求

1. 硕士及以上学历，机械设计、自动化、机电、电气仪表等相关工程专业。

2. 具备扎实机械理论基础，精通工程图纸设计与行业规范（GB、IEC 等）；熟悉 GD&T 标注。

3. 熟练掌握 SolidWorks、AutoCAD、Creo、UG 等主流工程设计软件，可独立完成非标设备基础结构设计与出图。

4. 了解气动、伺服、传动等自动化机构原理；具备成本意识与标准化意识者优先。

5. 具备良好沟通能力与团队协作精神；工作主动，能配合现场调试与出差。

Qualifications

1. Master's degree or above in Mechanical Design, Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical Instrumentation, or related engineering fields.

2. Solid mechanical theory; proficient in engineering drawing and standards (GB, IEC, etc.); familiar with GD&T.

3. Proficient in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo, UG, etc.; able to complete basic structural design and drafting of non-standard equipment independently.

4. Knowledge of pneumatics, servo, and transmission mechanisms; cost and standardization awareness preferred.

5. Good communication and teamwork; proactive and willing to support on-site commissioning and travel.
