(CIB)客户经理助理Assistant Relationship Manager

职位描述

1. Support Relationship manager’s role including but not limited expanding customer base (e.g. large SOE, market leading large PRC POE & several FIs), providing multi financial solutions, and banking business related operations (KYC, account opening etc.)

2. Maximize gross profit by managing existing relationship and also increasing number of customers and business volume in risk-mitigated and capital efficient manner.

3. Maximize the bank’s overall return, efficiently use the bank’s resources and capital. Effectively work with other products group and cross selling, documentation to protect the Bank’s interest.

4. Credit Monitoring, complete credit application for new and/or renewal transaction, and conduct deep and thorough credit analysis before extending credit.

5. Cooperate with other products group and/or departments to develop new products and services, bring new ideas.

6. Monitor various developments in the market and contribute to develop new products / services for the bank.

7. Improve SMBC’s market profile, mandate hunting, proactively lead the team and to be a role model for subordinates.

8. Collaboration with various teams of SMBC’s overseas office to support our client’s overseas operation, timely sharing of information, and provide value added information to clients.

9. Follow and comply with rules and regulations, understand and follow internal and external regulations and rules, close communication with Legal & Compliance departments as well as back & middle offices.

1. 支持客户经理开展各项业务工作，包括但不限于拓展客户基础（大型SOE、行业领先POE及各类金融机构）、提供综合金融解决方案，并执行相关运营流程（如 KYC、账户开立等）。

2. 以风险可控、资产运用合理为前提下，维护并深化既有客户关系，同时拓展新客户与业务规模，以提升整体收益贡献。

3. 提升银行整体回报率，高效运用银行资源与资本；与产品团队紧密协作，推动交叉销售，并确保相关业务文件与流程合规、完整，维护银行利益。

4. 执行授信监控工作，撰写新授信及续授信申请材料，并在授信前开展深入、全面的信用分析。

5. 与产品团队及相关部门合作，参与新产品、新服务的规划与开发，提出建设性建议。

6. 持续跟踪市场动态及行业趋势，为产品优化与业务创新提供参考。

7. 提升SMBC市场影响力，主动识别并争取潜在业务机会，为团队拓展项目储备。

8. 与SMBC海外分行紧密协作，支持客户的海外业务活动，及时共享信息，为客户提供增值服务。

9. 严格遵守内外部法规及流程要求，并与法务、合规以及中后台团队保持顺畅沟通，确保业务稳健推进。

任职要求

1. University graduate;

2. min. 2 year-experience in banking/financial services industry

3. Support Relationship manager for management, marketing, financial analysis, banking products, regulations, negotiation, communication

4. Good understanding of general banking business such as corporate finance and investment banking

5. Fluent in Chinese/English, Good PC skills, Commitment, Management skills

2. 2年以上银行或金融行业工作经验；

3. 能支持客户经理在管理、营销、财务分析、银行产品、监管要求、谈判及沟通方面的工作；

4. 具备扎实的银行业务知识，包括公司金融及投资银行业务；

5. 中英文流利，熟练使用办公软件，具备责任心及一定的管理能力。
