质谱表征分析研究员（应届生）(J19783)

职位描述

主要职责：

1. 负责蛋白药物的结构表征方法的分析，包括但不限于分子量、肽图、二硫键等；

2. 负责强降解研究，包括但不限于方案制定、样品制备、数据分析和报告撰写；

3. 负责电荷异构体的结构成因与功能研究，包括但不限于方案制定、样品制备、数据分析和报告撰写；

4. 负责UPLC肽图放行方法的开发与验证，包括但不限于开发、验证、放行检测和异常调查；

Responsibilities：

1. Responsible for structural characterization method analysis of protein drugs, including but not limited to molecular weight determination, peptide mapping, disulfide bond analysis, etc.

2. Responsible for forced degradation studies, including but not limited to protocol development, sample preparation, data analysis, and report writing.

3. Responsible for investigating the structural causes and functional impact of charge variants, including but not limited to protocol development, sample preparation, data analysis, and report writing.

4. Responsible for the development, validation, and release testing of UPLC peptide mapping methods, including method development, validation, release testing.

任职要求

任职资格：

1. 生物、分析化学等相关专业，硕士及以上；

2. 熟悉液相分析技术或质谱表征技术，具备生物学相关基础，熟悉蛋白质的结构特性；

3. 具有一定的研究及创新能力，具有较强的分析问题和解决问题的能力；

4. 良好的团队合作精神；

5. 具有良好的英文阅读、写作能力。

Qualifications：

1. Education: Master’s degree or above in Biology, Analytical Chemistry, or relevant disciplines.

2. Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with LC analysis or MS characterization; solid background in biology and protein structural analysis.

3. Core Competencies: Demonstrated research and innovation capabilities with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

4. Soft Skills: Great team player with strong interpersonal skills.

5. Language: Proficiency in English reading and technical writing.
