纯化工艺开发研究员（应届生）(J19780)

职位描述

主要职责：

1. 负责抗体类大分子，复杂蛋白分子等，下游纯化工艺开发与优化；

2. 负责设计实验与执行，分析实验数据，撰写实验报告及技术文档；

3. 负责下游纯化工艺放大和技术转移，评估工艺可行性，确保稳定性与可靠性；

4. 与上下游部门密切合作，确保项目按时间节点完成；

5. 撰写申报相关资料；

6. 跟踪国内外下游纯化技术发展动态，积极学习、探索、引入新技术和新方法。

Key Responsibilities:

1. downstream purification process development and optimization for antibody and/or complex protein molecules, etc.;

2. designing and executing experiments, analyzing experimental data, and drafting experimental reports and technical documents;

3. downstream purification process scale-up and technology transfer, evaluating process feasibility, and ensuring stability and reliability;

4. work closely with cross-functional departments to ensure project completion according to timeline nodes;

5. Draft dossiers;

6. Track domestic and international trends of downstream purification technologies, actively learn, explore, and application of new technologies and methods.
