职位描述

职责描述：

1、对外负责与业务 / 客户沟通，准确理解客户需求，对内及时传递和跟踪落实

2、参与项目初期的研究、方案选择、技术讨论

3、对内协调项目工作内容，确保项目质量、成本、进度在可控范围内

4、项目立项后制定项目开发计划，确定关键节点，确定每个部门主要负责人，评审通过后对项目进行跟踪并定期更新任务进度，监督任务按照计划执行

5、定期召集项目组成员，对项目进度进行汇报总结，确定项目任务进展，及时提醒并督促完成

6、更新进度并定期汇报上级

7、项目经验总结，资料整理归档

Job Responsibilities：

1.Communicate with business teams and customers externally to accurately capture customer requirements, and transmit, track and promote implementation internally in a timely manner.

2.Take part in preliminary project research, solution selection and technical discussions.

3.Coordinate internal project activities to keep project quality, cost and schedule under control.

4.Formulate project development plan after project initiation, define key milestones and primary responsible persons of each department. Track the project, update task progress regularly and supervise implementation in accordance with the plan upon approval of review.

5.Convene project team members regularly to review and summarize project progress, confirm task status, and send timely reminders to drive task completion.

6.Update progress status and report to supervisors periodically.

7.Summarize project experience and organize documents for filing.

6.Good English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading and writing, with competent oral English for daily communication with internal and external customers.

任职要求

1、本科及以上，光学、项目管理等相关专业；

2、三年以上相关工作经验，特别是研发类的新项目；

3、具备多方复杂环境下的组织沟通协调能力；

4、能对问题进行系统分析，并寻求合理解决方案的能力；

5、具备与客户妥善沟通交流的能力；

6、良好的英语听说读写能力，口语可以正常与内外部客户交流。

Job Requirements：

1.Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Optics, Project Management or other related disciplines.

2.At least three years of relevant working experience, preferably in new R&D projects.

3.Possess organizational, communication and coordination capabilities under complex multi-party scenarios.

4.Capable of systematically analyzing problems and identifying reasonable solutions.

5.Skilled in communicating properly with customers.
