职位描述

1、战略规划与体系搭建

承接集团整体战略，拆解落地江西子公司PMC部门年度经营计划与工作目标。搭建适配多品种、小批量生产模式的柔性PMC管理体系，优化整体运营模式，适配市场订单波动与量产需求。

2、生产计划与交付管理

统筹MPS主生产计划、MRP物料需求计划编制与落地，保障订单准时交付。优化整体产能规划，合理平衡多品种订单优先级，压缩换产工时。建立动态智能排产机制，快速响应插单、撤单、ECN设计变更等异常，稳定生产交付节奏。

3、物料管控与库存优化

负责库存数据分析、风险预警与问题排查，持续优化库存结构、提升库存周转效率。制定物料、产品出入库管理规范，联动信息化系统落地执行，提速物料流转。专项统筹呆滞料管控，推进呆滞料消耗与清理，降低库存资金占用。

4、产销联动与跨部门协同

主导日常产销运营会议，统筹协调销售、生产、采购、物流等部门，实现产销动态平衡。联动人力资源部门推进多能工、柔性班组建设，实现人力动态调配，高效应对订单波动，保障量产稳定。

5、仓储流程与异常管控

统筹仓储标准化管理，规范出入库、盘点、账务全流程，确保账物卡一致。持续优化仓储布局与流转机制，处理生产、物料、交付各类异常，复盘优化流程，杜绝同类问题重复发生。

6、团队建设与标准化管理

搭建、赋能PMC核心团队，培养计划、物控、仓储骨干人才梯队。建立并落地PMC全流程SOP规范，包含订单评审、紧急插单、库存管理等标准化制度，优化部门流程、管控部门运营预算，打造高效执行力团队。

Job Responsibilities：

1. Strategic Planning and System Development

Align with the Group's overall strategy and implement the annual operational plans and work objectives of the PMC department at the Jiangxi subsidiary.

Establish a flexible PMC management system suited to a multi-variety, small-batch production model; optimize overall operational processes to adapt to fluctuations in market orders and volume production demands.

2. Production Planning and Delivery Management

Coordinate the creation and execution of the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) to ensure on-time order delivery.

Optimize overall capacity planning, balance order priorities across diverse product types, and reduce changeover man-hours.

Establish a dynamic intelligent scheduling mechanism to respond rapidly to urgent orders, order cancellations, engineering change notices (ECNs), and other anomalies, thereby stabilizing production and delivery cadence.

3. Material Control and Inventory Optimization

Analyze inventory data, identify risks, and troubleshoot issues; continuously improve inventory structure and increase inventory turnover.

Develop standardized inbound/outbound material and product management protocols, integrate them with IT systems, and accelerate material flow.

Lead dedicated efforts to manage slow-moving and obsolete (SMO) inventory, drive consumption and clearance, and reduce capital tied up in stock.

4. Sales-Production Coordination and Cross-Functional Collaboration

Lead routine sales and operations planning (S&OP) meetings; coordinate across Sales, Production, Procurement, Logistics, and other functions to achieve dynamic supply-demand balance.

Partner with Human Resources to develop multi-skilled workers and flexible shift teams, enabling dynamic manpower deployment to efficiently handle order fluctuations and sustain stable production.

5. Warehousing Process and Exception Management

Oversee standardized warehouse management, regulate inbound/outbound, cycle counting, and account reconciliation procedures to ensure consistency among physical items, records, and system data.

Continuously improve warehouse layout and material flow processes; handle all production, material, and delivery exceptions; review and refine procedures to prevent recurrence of similar issues.

6. Team Building and Standardized Management

Build, mentor, and empower the core PMC team, and develop a talent pipeline for planning, material control, and warehousing professionals.

Establish and implement comprehensive PMC standard operating procedures (SOPs), covering order review, urgent order handling, inventory management, and other standardized systems; optimize departmental workflows, manage the departmental operating budget, and foster a highly execution-oriented team.

任职要求

1、211本科及以上学历，专业不限；

2、10年及以上大型电子、半导体等制造业PMC工作，3年以上PMC总监岗位工作经验；

3、擅长产能优化、动态排产、库存管控与呆滞料治理，具备大厂PMC体系搭建、流程标准化与信息化落地能力；

4、熟悉多品种、小批量柔性生产模式，精通产销协同、库存优化与体系搭建；

5、擅长团队搭建、全盘统筹、跨部门联动，善于复盘优化，抗压能力强，目标感强，数据敏感度高。

Job Requirements：

1.Bachelor's degree or above from a 211 university (or equivalent); no specific major restriction.

2.10+ years of experience in PMC or related roles within large-scale electronics, semiconductor, or other manufacturing industries, including at least 3 years as a PMC Director.

3.Proven expertise in capacity optimization, dynamic scheduling, inventory control, and slow-moving/obsolete inventory management; demonstrated ability to design PMC systems, standardize processes, and implement IT-enabled solutions in large-scale manufacturing environments.

4.Deep familiarity with multi-variety, small-batch flexible production models; well-versed in production-sales coordination, inventory optimization, and system setup.

5.Strong capability in team building, overall planning, and cross-functional coordination; adept at review and continuous improvement; resilient under pressure, results-driven, and highly data-sensitive.
