生产总监

职位描述

1.生产战略与体系搭建

制定生产战略与产能规划，搭建标准化、数字化生产管理体系，完善制度流程，优化生产运营模式，提升整体生产效率；

2.全盘生产交付与产能管控

统筹各车间产能排布、量产爬坡与订单交付，联动各部门合理调配人、机、料、设备资源，应对各类订单需求，确保交付准时、稳定；

3.生产效率与精益生产管理

落地精益生产与IE改善，优化产线工艺与布局，提升设备OEE、人均产能，严控生产损耗，完成年度增效降本指标；

4. 生产品质与制程管控

搭建全制程品质管控体系，规范生产全流程检验标准，主导制程不良、批量异常、客诉问题整改复盘，稳定量产良率。

5. 生产成本与物料管控

统筹生产成本管控，优化人力、物料、能耗成本，规范领退料流程，减少浪费与呆滞报废，精准落地降本目标；

6. 现场管理与安全生产

负责生产现场7S、标准化管理，落实安全生产责任制，排查安全隐患，组织安全演练，保障厂区安全生产零事故；

7. 团队管理与跨部门协同

负责生产团队管理、绩效考评、技能培训与梯队建设，高效联动各部门，推进新品量产、异常处理、产能优化等核心工作。

Job Responsibilities：

1. Production Strategy and System Development

Formulate production strategy and capacity planning; establish a standardized, digitalized production management system; refine institutional processes; optimize production operational models; and improve overall production efficiency.

2. Overall Production Delivery and Capacity Management

Coordinate capacity allocation across all workshops, mass production ramp-up, and order fulfillment; work collaboratively across departments to rationally allocate manpower, machinery, materials, and equipment resources to meet various order demands, ensuring on-time and stable delivery.

3. Production Efficiency and Lean Management

Implement lean manufacturing and industrial engineering (IE) improvements; optimize production line processes and layouts; improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) and per-capita output; strictly control production losses; and achieve annual targets for efficiency enhancement and cost reduction.

4. Production Quality and In-Process Control

Establish a comprehensive quality control system across the entire production process; standardize inspection criteria throughout all production stages; lead the review and closure of in-process defects, mass exceptions, and customer complaints; and stabilize the yield rate during mass production.

5. Production Cost and Material Control

Oversee production cost management; optimize labor, material, and energy costs; standardize material requisition and return procedures; reduce waste and obsolete/scrap materials; and precisely achieve cost-reduction targets.

6. Site Management and Workplace Safety

Responsible for 7S and standardized site management; implement the workplace safety accountability system; identify and eliminate safety hazards; organize safety drills; and ensure zero safety incidents in the plant.

7. Team Management and Cross-Functional Collaboration

Manage the production team, including performance appraisals, skills training, and succession planning; collaborate effectively with all departments to advance new product launches, exception handling, capacity optimization, and other core initiatives.

任职要求

1.本科及以上学历，理工类（机械电子/物理/工业工程）相关专业优先；

2. 10年以上大厂制造生产管理经验，3年以上生产总监全盘管理经验，可快速解决量产各类瓶颈与异常问题；

3.精通大厂生产体系搭建、精益落地，熟练使用MES、ERP系统，具备优秀的产能规划、效率与成本管控能力；

4. 擅长团队搭建、人员激励与跨部门协同，善于复盘优化，原则性强，抗压能力强，目标感强。

Job Requirements

1.Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Science or Engineering disciplines such as Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Physics, or Industrial Engineering.

2.10+ years of production management experience in large-scale manufacturing, including at least 3 years in a Production Director role with overall management responsibilities; capable of quickly resolving various bottlenecks and exceptions in mass production.

3.Deep expertise in establishing production systems in large factories and implementing lean initiatives; proficient in MES and ERP systems; demonstrated ability in capacity planning, efficiency improvement, and cost control.

4.Strong capability in team building, personnel motivation, and cross-functional collaboration; adept at review and continuous improvement; principled, resilient under pressure, and results-driven.
