职位描述

1.江西区域财务全盘统筹管理

1.1全面负责江西三家制造子公司财务核算、资金管理、成本管控、税务管理、内控建设工作；

1.2搭建统一、标准化的区域财务管理体系，推动三家工厂财务流程协同，向集团财务总监定期汇报江西经营财务状况、重大风险事项。

2.成本管理与经营分析

2.1牵头工厂生产成本核算，深入生产现场现物，管控料、工、费；推动标准成本、存货管理、工单成本分析，开展成本差异分析，能发现并拦截异常，与产线共同分析找出成本改善点，并组织推动降本改善；

2.2定期出具工厂经营财务分析报告，组织江西工厂产品线经营分析会，识别降本增效机会点，为管理层生产经营决策提供财务支持;

2.3 根据集团财务总体盘点要求，组织江西财务落地存货、资产盘点工作，确保资产安全。

3.预算管理与资金管理

在集团统筹下，负责组织编制江西年度全面预算，跟踪预算执行，分析预算偏差；统筹江西资金计划，做好现金流预测与风险管控，及时向集团申请资金调度，满足日常运营需要。

4.税务管理与进出口工作

4.1负责江西税务合规管理、纳税申报、税务筹划；统筹出口退税、免抵退税管理；跟进税务稽查、风险自查，防范税务风险；研究地方财税优惠政策，为子公司争取合规政策红利；

4.2 在集团关务统筹下，做好江西工厂的进出口工作，完善江西工厂关务流程与合规体系，确保所有进出口活动合法合规，精准高效；监督检查保税手册的备案、平衡管控与核销，确保保税物料合规流转；主导应对地方海关稽查、核查等各类异常与调查，有效控制关务风险。

5.内控管理、财报与信息报送

5.1监督江西子公司会计核算质量，按时完成月度、季度、年度财务报表合并上报；

5.2建立区域内部控制制度，开展内部财务自查，防范存货、采购、费用、资金等内控风险；

5.3配合集团内审、外部会计师年报审计工作。

6.团队建设与跨部门协同

6.1管理江西财务团队，搭建财务人才梯队，开展下属绩效考核；

6.2深度对接工厂总经理、产品线、采购、供应链、人事部门，推动业财融合；

6.3对接当地税务局、银行等外部机构，维护政企银关系。

7.其他；完成总部交办的其他专项财务工作。

Job Responsibilities：

1. Overall Financial Management for the Jiangxi Region

1.1 Take full responsibility for financial accounting, fund management, cost control, tax management, and internal control development for the three manufacturing subsidiaries in Jiangxi.

1.2 Establish a unified, standardized regional financial management system, promote financial process coordination across the three factories, and regularly report the Jiangxi region's financial status and major risk matters to the Group Finance Director.

2. Cost Management and Business Analysis

2.1 Lead production cost accounting for the factories; go deep into the production floor to observe actual conditions and control materials, labor, and overhead; drive standard costing, inventory management, and work order cost analysis; conduct cost variance analysis to identify and intercept anomalies; work with production lines to jointly analyze and identify cost improvement opportunities; and organize and drive cost-reduction initiatives.

2.2 Regularly produce financial analysis reports on factory operations; organize product line business review meetings for the Jiangxi factories; identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement; and provide financial support to management for production and operational decision-making.

2.3 In accordance with the Group's overall inventory count requirements, organize the Jiangxi finance team to carry out inventory and asset counts, ensuring asset safety.

3. Budget Management and Fund Management

Under the Group's coordination, take responsibility for organizing the preparation of the Jiangxi region's annual comprehensive budget, tracking budget execution, and analyzing budget variances; coordinate regional fund planning, conduct cash flow forecasting and risk control, and promptly request fund allocations from the Group to meet daily operational needs.

4. Tax Management and Import/Export Operations

4.1 Oversee tax compliance management, tax return filing, and tax planning in Jiangxi; coordinate export tax rebate and exemption/credit/refund management; follow up on tax audits and self-risk inspections to prevent tax risks; research local fiscal and tax incentive policies and secure compliant policy benefits for the subsidiaries.

4.2 Under the Group's customs coordination, manage the Jiangxi factories' import/export operations; improve customs procedures and compliance systems to ensure all import/export activities are legal, compliant, accurate, and efficient; supervise the registration, balanced control, and closure of bonded manuals to ensure compliant movement of bonded materials; lead responses to local customs audits, inspections, and other exceptional matters, effectively controlling customs-related risks.

5. Internal Control Management, Financial Reporting, and Information Submission

5.1 Supervise the accounting quality of the Jiangxi subsidiaries; ensure timely completion and consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for reporting to the Group.

5.2 Establish regional internal control systems; conduct internal financial self-audits to prevent internal control risks related to inventory, procurement, expenses, funds, and other areas.

5.3 Cooperate with the Group's internal audit and external auditors' annual audit work.

6. Team Building and Cross-Functional Collaboration

6.1 Manage the Jiangxi finance team; build a financial talent pipeline; and conduct performance appraisals for subordinates.

6.2 Deeply engage with factory general managers, product lines, procurement, supply chain, and HR departments to drive finance-business integration.

6.3 Liaise with local tax bureaus, banks, and other external institutions; maintain government-business-banking relationships.

7. Others

Complete other ad-hoc financial tasks assigned by headquarters.

任职要求

1.211本科及以上学历，会计学、财务管理等财务相关专业；中级会计师必备，CPA / 税务师优先；熟悉上市公司财务规范、企业会计准则、制造业财税政策。

2.10 年以上财务工作经验，5 年以上大厂财务负责人 / 财务总监岗位管理经验，精通工单成本、BOM、存货成本逻辑；有上市公司电子 / 精密零部件制造行业经验优先；

3.具备较强的业财融合能力，能够深入生产业务，通过成本、资金数据分析发现经营问题，推动业务端落地改善；

4.具备优秀团队管理、跨部门沟通、风险判断能力，原则性强，抗压能力强，职业操守良好。

Job Requirements：

1. Bachelor's degree or above from a 211 university (or equivalent) in Accounting, Financial Management, or other finance-related majors; Intermediate Accountant certification is mandatory; CPA or Tax Practitioner certification is preferred; familiar with financial regulations for listed companies, PRC Accounting Standards, and manufacturing industry fiscal and tax policies.

2. 10+ years of financial work experience, including at least 5 years in a Finance Lead/Finance Director role with overall management responsibilities in a large manufacturing company; proficient in work order costing, BOM, and inventory costing logic; experience in the electronics/precision component manufacturing industry of listed companies is preferred.

3. Strong capability in finance-business integration; able to go deep into production operations and identify business issues through cost and fund data analysis, driving operational improvements.

4. Excellent team management, cross-functional communication, and risk assessment skills; principled, resilient under pressure, and with high professional integrity.
