厂务总监

职位描述

岗位职责：

1、厂务体系搭建与标准化管理

搭建并迭代江西子公司厂务全流程管理体系及SOP标准，落地厂务标准化、数字化运维管理，持续优化工作流程，提升厂务整体运营效能。

2、动力与公共设施运维管理

全权负责公司动力设施维护管理，落实各类公共设施日常点检、保养工作，建立常态化运维机制，及时处置设备异常，保障全厂动力、公共设施稳定运行，支撑厂区24小时连续量产。

3、外协监管与设施维保落地

统筹管理厂区外部施工及合作供应商，严格监管施工质量、进度与规范落地，跟进落实各类现场改善整改事项。负责厂区基础设施维修、消防设施常态化维护、全厂水电气配套安装作业，保障厂区基础配套合规完好。

4、节能降耗与成本管控

统筹厂务部门年度预算及各项成本管控，建立完善的能耗统计、分析与管控机制，通过能源改造、运维模式优化等举措落地节能降耗，保质保量完成年度降本指标。

5、车间工程与线体项目管控

专项负责车间安装、装修类工程项目的全程跟进、落地监督与竣工验收。统筹车间生产线体改造、现场搭建等技改配套工程，严控施工标准与落地效果，匹配产线迭代及产能升级需求。

6、安全合规与风险管控

全面统筹厂区消防、特种设备合规管理工作，常态化开展安全隐患排查、安全培训及应急演练，完成各类资质备案与年审工作，有效规避厂区安全、环保运营风险。

7、团队管理与跨部门协同对接

负责厂务团队日常管理、绩效考核与人才梯队搭建，持续优化内部工作流程。联动各部门开展协同工作，对接上下游合作资源，统筹各类项目落地执行，定期开展工作复盘优化。

Job Responsibilities：

1. Facilities System Development and Standardized Management

Establish and continuously improve the comprehensive facilities management system and SOP standards for the Jiangxi subsidiary; implement standardized and digitalized facilities maintenance operations; continuously optimize work processes; and enhance overall facilities operational efficiency.

2. Utility and Public Facilities Operation & Maintenance Management

Take full responsibility for the maintenance and management of the company's utility facilities; carry out routine inspections and preventive maintenance for all public facilities; establish a regular operation and maintenance mechanism; promptly address equipment anomalies; and ensure stable operation of all plant utilities and public facilities to support 24/7 continuous mass production.

3. Outsourced Contractor Supervision and Facility Maintenance Execution

Coordinate and manage external construction work and cooperative suppliers on site; strictly supervise construction quality, progress, and compliance with specifications; follow up on and implement various on-site improvement and rectification items.

Oversee routine maintenance of plant infrastructure, regular upkeep of fire protection facilities, and installation of water, electricity, and gas utilities across the plant; ensure that basic plant facilities and supporting utilities remain compliant and in good condition.

4. Energy Conservation and Cost Control

Oversee the facilities department's annual budget and various cost control measures; establish a robust energy consumption statistical analysis and control mechanism; implement energy-saving initiatives through energy retrofits, operational model optimization, and other approaches; and achieve annual cost-reduction targets while maintaining quality standards.

5. Workshop Engineering and Production Line Project Management

Take dedicated responsibility for full-cycle follow-up, on-site supervision, and final acceptance of workshop installation and renovation construction projects.

Coordinate supporting engineering works for production line modifications, on-site setup, and other technical upgrade projects; strictly control construction standards and implementation outcomes to align with production line evolution and capacity upgrade requirements.

6. Safety Compliance and Risk Management

Comprehensively coordinate fire safety and special equipment compliance management across the plant; conduct routine safety hazard inspections, safety training, and emergency drills; complete all required qualification registrations and annual audits; and effectively mitigate plant-level safety and environmental operational risks.

7. Team Management and Cross-Functional Collaboration

Manage the facilities team's daily operations, performance appraisals, and talent pipeline development; continuously improve internal work processes.

Collaborate with various departments to carry out cross-functional work; coordinate upstream and downstream partnership resources; oversee the implementation of various projects; and conduct regular work reviews and continuous improvement exercises.

任职要求

任职要求：

1、本科及以上学历，机电、暖通、电气自动化等相关专业。

2、10年以上大型生产制造企业厂务管理经验，5年以上厂务管理全盘统筹经验，有新建工厂或产线改造项目经历者优先。

3、精通高低压配电、空压暖通、纯水废气、洁净车间、消防环保、基建工程等厂务全模块业务；

4、具备大厂管控、节能改造、基建项目统筹、重大厂务异常处置能力，可快速解决停电、停气、洁净度异常等突发问题，持有高压电工证、消防设施操作员等专业资质者优先；

5. 拥有优秀的团队统筹、跨部门协同能力，成本管控与数据分析能力，责任心强，具备良好的问题复盘优化能力与职业素养。

Job Requirements：

1.Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Electrical Automation, or related fields.

2.10+ years of facilities management experience in large-scale manufacturing enterprises, including at least 5 years of overall facilities management leadership experience; experience in new factory construction or production line renovation projects is preferred.

3.Deep expertise in all facilities modules, including high- and low-voltage power distribution, compressed air and HVAC systems, ultrapure water and exhaust treatment, cleanrooms, fire protection and environmental compliance, and infrastructure engineering.

4.Proven ability in large-factory facilities management, energy-saving retrofits, infrastructure project coordination, and handling major facilities emergencies; capable of rapidly resolving sudden issues such as power outages, gas supply interruptions, and cleanroom contamination incidents; holders of professional certifications such as High-Voltage Electrician License or Fire Equipment Operator Certificate are preferred.

5.Excellent team coordination, cross-functional collaboration, cost control, and data analysis skills; strong sense of responsibility; and demonstrated capability in problem review, continuous improvement, and professional integrity.
