职位描述

岗位职责：

1、体系搭建与标准化管理

搭建并优化江西子公司设备全生命周期管理体系及SOP流程，对标行业体系标准，落地设备管理标准化、数字化，优化流程、提升设备运营效能。

2、设备统筹运维保障

统筹配套设备运维管理，制定维保检修计划，快速处置重大设备故障，杜绝批量停线，保障量产稳定，确保各项设备核心指标达标。

3、设备技改升级与产能优化

主导新设备导入、老旧设备升级及产线设备改造，攻克技术瓶颈，提升产线自动化水平、生产效率与产品良率，匹配产能扩张与产品迭代需求。

4、成本管控与降本增效

统筹设备部门年度预算与成本管控，规范备件库存管理，通过技改、维保优化、资源整合，持续推进降本增效，完成年度降本目标。

5、团队管理与人才搭建

负责设备团队日常管理、绩效考核与梯队建设，搭建专项人才培养体系，优化组织架构与工作流程，打造高效稳定的专业设备团队。

6、安全合规与风险管控

统筹设备及特种设备合规管控、隐患排查与安全培训，完成资质年审备案，杜绝安全事故，规避生产风险。

7、跨部门协同与项目对接

联动各部门高效协同，解决设备类生产、品质、成本问题，对接上下游合作资源，统筹设备项目落地，定期复盘输出。

Job Responsibilities：

1. System Establishment and Standardized Management

Build and optimize the full‑life‑cycle management system and SOP workflows for equipment of the Jiangxi subsidiary. Benchmark against industry standards, implement standardized and digitalized equipment management, streamline processes and improve overall equipment operational efficiency.

2. Overall Equipment Operation & Maintenance Support

Oversee supporting equipment operation and maintenance. Formulate maintenance and inspection schedules, rapidly resolve major equipment failures to avoid mass production line shutdowns, ensure stable mass production and meet key equipment performance indicators.

3. Equipment Technical Upgrade and Capacity Optimization

Lead new‑equipment introduction, upgrade of legacy equipment and production‑line retrofitting. Overcome technical bottlenecks, improve production‑line automation level, production efficiency and product yield to accommodate capacity expansion and product iteration requirements.

4. Cost Control and Cost Reduction & Efficiency Improvement

Oversee annual budget and cost control for the equipment department. Standardize spare‑parts inventory management. Continuously drive cost reduction and efficiency gains through technical renovation, maintenance optimization and resource integration to achieve annual cost‑saving targets.

5. Team Management and Talent Development

Take charge of daily administration, performance appraisal and talent pipeline building for the equipment team. Develop a specialized talent‑training system, optimize organizational structure and workflows, and build a high‑performance and stable professional equipment team.

6. Safety Compliance and Risk Control

Manage compliance of general and special‑purpose equipment, hazard identification and safety training. Complete qualification annual review and filing, prevent safety incidents and mitigate production‑related risks.

7. Cross‑department Collaboration and Project Coordination

Collaborate efficiently with internal departments to resolve equipment‑related issues concerning production, quality and cost. Liaise with upstream and downstream partners, oversee equipment project delivery and conduct regular performance reviews.

任职要求

任职要求：

1.211本科及以上，机电一体化、自动化、机械设计、电气工程、设备工程等相关专业优先；

2.10年以上大型制造业设备管理经验，5年以上设备管理全盘统筹经验；

3. 精通设备全生命周期管理，具备大厂设备体系、维保体系、备件体系搭建落地能力，掌握预防性维护、故障诊断、OEE提升等方法；

4. 掌握特种设备管理及安全生产法规。持有特种设备管理证等专业资质者优先；

5. 拥有优秀的团队统筹、跨部门协同能力，成本管控与数据分析能力，责任心强，具备良好的问题复盘优化能力与职业素养。

Job Requirements：

1. Bachelor’s degree or above from a Project 211 university. Majors in Mechatronics, Automation, Mechanical Design, Electrical Engineering, Equipment Engineering or related disciplines are preferred.

2. Over 10 years of equipment‑management experience in large‑scale manufacturing enterprises, with minimum 5 years of end‑to‑end equipment management oversight experience.

3. Expertise in full‑life‑cycle equipment management. Proven capability to build and implement equipment management, maintenance and spare‑parts systems in large manufacturers. Mastery of preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis, OEE improvement and related methodologies.

4. Familiar with special‑equipment administration and work‑safety regulations. Candidates holding special‑equipment management certificates or equivalent professional qualifications are preferred.

5. Excellent team leadership and cross‑functional collaboration capabilities, with solid competence in cost control and data analysis. Strong sense of responsibility, good at problem review and continuous improvement, with high professional integrity.
