职位描述

一、岗位职责

1.全面负责工厂生产工艺设备全生命周期管理，搭建标准化设备管理体系与设备档案；制定年度维保、大修计划并监督落地，负责外修设备验收，管控设备报废处置流程。

2.牵头新增工艺设备CAPEX投资评估、技术选型、采购、安装调试、竣工验收；监督设备运行与维保绩效，主导设备技改与工艺优化，持续提升设备稼动率(OEE)、产能利用率，延长设备寿命，降低单台设备运维成本。

3.负责设备安全管理、风险识别、隐患排查及日常巡检；建立设备故障分析闭环机制，统筹能耗数据分析，落地降本改善项目。

4.建立并持续优化设备管理制度、作业指导书；追踪OEE、MTBF、MTTR等核心设备KPI，开展根因分析，推动跨部门改善闭环。

5.统筹新厂区、新项目产线设备布局规划、设备导入与投产支持；负责设备部团队全面管理、人才梯队建设与中长期部门规划。

6.作为内部关键接口人，对接海外原厂设备供应商，主导设备技术交流、问题攻关、售后谈判及技术升级项目。

一、 Job Responsibilities

1.Oversee full‑lifecycle management of production process equipment, establish standardized management systems and equipment records. Implement annual maintenance & overhaul plans, approve outsourced‑repair acceptance and control equipment scrapping.

2.Lead CAPEX evaluation, technical selection, procurement, installation, commissioning and final acceptance of new process equipment. Drive technical upgrades and optimization to improve OEE, capacity utilization and equipment service life while cutting maintenance costs.

3.Manage equipment safety, risk identification and routine inspections. Build closed‑loop failure‑analysis mechanisms and deliver energy‑saving & cost‑reduction projects.

4.Formulate equipment management regulations and work instructions. Monitor core KPIs (OEE, MTBF, MTTR), conduct root‑cause analysis and push cross‑functional improvements to closure.

5.Lead equipment layout planning, new‑line introduction and production launch support for new sites and projects. Take full charge of the Equipment Department’s daily operation, talent pipeline construction and medium‑long‑term development planning.

6.Serve as the primary liaison with overseas equipment suppliers for technical communication, troubleshooting, after‑sales negotiation and equipment upgrade projects.

二、任职要求

1.教育背景：985/211本科及以上学历，机械工程、机电一体化、自动化、设备工程等相关专业。

2.从业经历：10年以上精密光电子制造设备管理经验；5年以上设备总监/高级经理工厂高管管理经验；具备元器件、光通信、半导体精密产线管理经历；外资光器件、光电精密制造企业背景优先。

3.专业能力：精通工艺设备全生命周期管理、预防性维护体系建设；具备CAPEX设备投资立项评估、新产线导入、技改降本实战经验；熟练使用OEE、MTBF、MTTR等指标驱动改善；熟悉制造业安全生产合规管理。

4.综合素质：经营视角，数据驱动；优秀跨部门项目统筹、团队管理与人才培养能力；可带队解决复杂工艺设备难题，保障产线长期稳定量产。

5.语言能力：具备英文读写能力，可阅读外文设备技术文档；英语口语流利，能够独立对接海外设备厂商优先。

6.优先条件：外资光通信/半导体工厂背景、新工厂整线设备导入项目经验、大型自动化产线技改降本成功案例。

II. Job Requirements

1.Education: Bachelor’s degree or above from 985/211 universities, majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, Equipment Engineering or related fields.

2.Work Experience: At least 10 years of equipment‑management experience in precision optoelectronic manufacturing, with 5+ years of senior‑management experience as Equipment Director or Senior Equipment Manager. Experience in component, optical‑communication or semiconductor precision production‑lines is required. Background in foreign‑owned optoelectronic precision‑manufacturing enterprises is preferred.

3.Professional Competencies: Experienced in full‑lifecycle equipment management, preventive‑maintenance system construction, CAPEX assessment, new‑line launch and cost‑re‑duction‑oriented technical renovation. Capable of data‑driven continuous improvement via OEE, MTBF and MTTR; familiar with manufacturing safety compliance.

4.Comprehensive Qualities: Business‑oriented and data‑driven. Strong cross‑functional project leadership, team management and talent‑development skills. Able to resolve complex equipment‑related issues to guarantee stable mass‑production.

5.Language Proficiency: Able to read and write English for technical documents. Fluent spoken‑English for direct communication with overseas suppliers is preferred.

6.Preferred Qualifications: Working experience in foreign‑owned optical‑communication or semiconductor plants, new‑factory equipment‑introduction projects and successful automation‑line renovation & cost‑reduction cases.
