职位描述

1、负责单一产品线产品变更的过程管理和跟踪等管理工作

Be responsible for the process and track management of product change in project line

2、参与平台产品的产品力管理与产品策略管理

Participate in product competition and strategy management of platform products

3、参与及担当科室部分业务管理工作

Participate in and take a task of Section's business management.

4、参与及主控科室部分能力建设工作和文化建设工作

Participate in and be responsible for section's ability and culture eastablished

任职要求

教育与专业Education and speciality ：

1.专科及以上学历college's degree or above ；

2.车辆工程、机械设计制造及其自动化等专业优先vehicle engineering, mechanical design and manufacture and automation will be priority；

工作经验要求Experience requirements：

1.3年及以上汽车行业产品开发相关工作经验3 years and above experience in product development in automotive industry ；

2.有变更管理工作经验者优先；

Have experience in change management is preferred

专业知识要求Professional knowledge requirements ：

1.掌握基本的项目管理技能，熟悉整车产品开发流程；

Master the basic project management skills，be familiar with the vehicle product development process;

2.熟悉汽车产品知识，了解国内外汽车产品发展趋势；

Be familiar with automotive product knowledge， understand the development trend of domestic and foreign automotive products.

3.了解产品开发过程中主要的产品技术支持与管理活动，了解汽车行业的技术发展方向和趋势； know the main manners of product technical support and management in the product development , understand the technical development direction and trends of the automotive industry;

4.了解变更管理在行业领先企业的实践应用

Understand the practical application of change management in industry-leading companies
