职位描述

This position is responsible, under direction, for development of the business relationship with assigned institutional accounts. Develops knowledge of client needs and requirements and coordinates the firm's effort to serve client organizations, including but not limited to the following responsibilities:

1.Maintaining and building the business relationship with assigned institutional accounts.

维护和建立与指定机构客户的业务关系。

2.Working closely with client’s investment and research personnel.

与投资者和研究员紧密合作。

3.Presenting research services and advising clients on investment opportunities.

提供研究服务并向客户提供投资建议。

4.Helping with client request (data, corporate access, research requests), conference call translations and content generation including daily emails etc.

协助客户需求（数据、企业关系、研究需求等）、电话会议翻译以及日报邮件等内容生成工作。

任职要求

1.Willing to accept secondment to London, UK.

能接受外派至英国伦敦。

2.Upright, humble, diligent with high moral values.

诚信正直、低调谦逊、艰苦奋斗，具备良好的道德品质。

3.Master degree or above, economics or finance majors preferred.

硕士研究生及以上学历，金融、经济相关专业优先考虑。

4.Good understanding of sales and trading business.

熟悉销售交易业务。

5.Sound knowledge of domestic or international capital markets and the firm's products and services.

对于国内外资本市场有扎实的理解，掌握公司可提供的产品和服务。

6.Excellent academic credentials and achievement.

学术成果优异。

7.Strong drive to succeed in a team-oriented environment and good communication.

8.Strong passion for financial market and sales job.

对资本市场及销售工作有强烈的意愿。

9.Before onboarding, candidates shall pass the professional qualification mandatory for this position.
