职位描述

Responsible for manager research, portfolio management, and capital market research related to domestic and overseas FOF fund investment advisory and capital introduction businesses.Job responsibilities related to this role include but are not limited to:

负责境内外FOF基金投顾及资本引荐业务的管理人研究、组合管理、资本市场研究等工作。与此角色相关的工作职责包括但不限于：

1.Conduct due diligence on the investment capabilities of fund managers together with the research team and provide research views and recommendations.

与研究团队一起对基金管理人的投资能力进行尽职调查并提供研究观点及建议。

2.Assist investment managers in FOF portfolio monitoring, portfolio analysis, and portfolio operational support.

协助投资经理进行FOF组合监控、组合分析及组合运营支持工作。

3.Carry out research work on capital markets, fund markets, and investment strategies.

开展关于资本市场、基金市场、投资策略的相关研究工作。

4.Prepare client roadshow materials and provide client service support.

客户路演材料及客户服务支持工作。

任职要求

1.Upright, humble, diligent with high moral values.

诚信正直、低调谦逊、艰苦奋斗，具备良好的道德品质。

2.Hold a master's degree or above, and must pass the required qualification exams for the position before onboarding.

具有研究生及以上学历，入职前需通过岗位要求的从业资格考试。

3.Possess extensive knowledge of financial products and have experience in market analysis.

掌握广泛的金融产品知识，具有市场分析经验。

4.Have a strong team spirit.

具有强烈的团队合作精神。

5.Have strong data analysis skills。 proficiency in R or Python is preferred.

具备较强的数据分析能力, 熟悉R或Python的优先考虑。

6.Have excellent oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.

优秀的中英文口头及书面沟通能力。
