职位描述

1.Responsible for daily operation of FOF products, including maintenance of product and investor information, transaction support, preparation of internal and external reports, etc.

负责 FOF 类产品日常运营，包括产品及投资者信息维护、交易支持、内外部报告编制等。

2.Coordinate internal middle‑back‑office departments and external service providers, and timely respond to regulatory‑compliance and ad‑hoc requirements from various parties.

协调内部中后台部门与外部服务供应商，及时响应监管合规及其他各方临时性要求。

3.Participate in business‑process sorting‑out and digital‑construction initiatives, and support work related to operational automation and data governance.

参与业务流程梳理与数字化建设，协助推进运营自动化与数据治理相关工作。

4.Coordinate internal and external resources to support the setup of new products.

协调内外部资源以配合新产品设立工作。

5.In accordance with laws, regulations, contractual terms and relevant institutional rules, assist in daily monitoring of products to identify, assess and address various risks in asset‑management business.

依据法律法规、合同条款及相关制度规定，协助对资管产品进行日常监控，识别、评估并应对资管业务中的各类风险。

6.Perform other supportive work and ad‑hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.

其他支持性工作或上级交办的其他任务。

任职要求

1.Upright, humble, diligent with high moral values.

诚信正直、低调谦逊、艰苦奋斗，具备良好的道德品质。

2.Master’s degree or above; majors in Accounting, Finance, Economics, FinTech or other related disciplines are preferred.

硕士研究生及以上学历，会计、金融、经济、金融科技等相关专业优先。

3.Fluent in Chinese and English; strong initiative, stress tolerance, communication‑coordination skills and learning agility.

中英文流利，有较强的主观能动性、工作抗压能力、沟通协调能力和学习能力。

4.Proficient in office software and programming languages (including but not limited to Python, VBA); strong data‑processing capabilities.

掌握各类办公软件及编程语言（不限于 Python、VBA 等），有较强的数据处理能力。

5.Prior internship experience in financial‑product operation is preferred.

具备金融产品运营实习经验者优先。
