职位描述

1.Responsible for handling trade inquiries, pricing, and execution of OTC derivatives and structured products for Wealth Management clients.

负责交易台场外衍生品及结构化产品的交易询价、定价、交易执行。

2.Responsible for monitoring and managing various types of risks on the trading desk.

负责交易台各类风险的监控及管理。

3.Develop business strategies and pricing principles to optimize business efficiency.

制定业务开展策略、定价原则以优化业务效率。

4.Conduct training for sales staff and maintain ongoing communication to facilitate the execution of various transactions.

对销售人员开展培训，同销售人员持续进行业务沟通以帮助各类交易的执行。

5.Liaise with various back-office departments to ensure the smooth operation of daily business activities.

同各后台部门联络沟通以确保日常业务顺利开展。

6.Collaborate with various business and back-office departments to launch new business initiatives.

同各业务部门及后台部门沟通合作以推出新业务。

7.Provide mutual support within the trading team to ensure smooth and accurate completion of trading tasks.

在交易组内相互支持，以帮助团队顺利、准确地完成交易任务。

任职要求

1.Upright, humble, diligent with high moral values.

2.Master’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, IT or related disciplines.

毕业于国内外高校，硕士研究生及以上学历，金融、经济、信息技术及相关专业。

4.Proficiency in programming is a plus.

具备编程技能者优先考虑。
