职位描述

1.Responsible for staffing tasks for the internal departments, including HR planning, recruitment and selection, staff development etc.

负责公司内部各部门人员编制工作，包括人力资源规划、招聘选拔、员工发展等。

2.Completing various coordination projects in the areas relating to HR compensation & benefits, performance evaluation, policy and procedures, training, and other HR operational tasks.

完成与人力资源薪酬福利、绩效考核、规制、培训等项目性工作及运营任务相关工作。

3.Providing innovative HR solutions.

提供创新的人力资源解决方案。

任职要求

1.Upright, humble, diligent with high moral values.

诚信正直、低调谦逊、艰苦奋斗，具备良好的道德品质。

2.Master's degree and above.

硕士研究生及以上学历。

3.Human resources management, law, psychology, and finance majors preferred.

人力资源管理、法律、心理学、金融等专业优先。

4.Good interpersonal skills, demonstrating tact and diplomacy.

良好的人际交往能力，善于沟通。

5.A team player and quick learner.

具备良好的团队合作精神及快速学习能力。

6.Attention to detail.

注重细节。

7.Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin.
