职位描述

1.Requirements & Planning: Contribute to system and product planning, write requirement specs, and align functional requirements with business stakeholders.

需求与规划：参与系统/产品规划，编写需求文档，与业务共同确定功能需求。

2.Development & Delivery: Design and implement functional modules, turning business needs into production-ready capabilities; partner with engineering on deployment and release to ship code to production securely, and own post-release validation and functional testing.

开发与交付：完成功能模块设计开发，协同推进部署发布，保障代码安全上线及上线后测试。

3.Operations & Optimization: Own application operations and monitoring, troubleshoot incidents to ensure business continuity and stability; drive efficiency and performance through automation.

运维与优化：负责应用运维与监控排障，关注硬件/系统底座，以自动化提升效率与稳定性。

4.Project Management & Collaboration: Drive end-to-end delivery of core features (initiation, tracking, release) and collaborate cross-functionally; handle other engineering tasks as assigned.

项目管理与协同：参与核心功能端到端管理（立项-进度-交付），完成其他交办任务。

任职要求

2.Expected graduation in 2027 with a master’s degree or higher from domestic or international universities.

2027届海内外高校应届毕业生，原则上硕士研究生及以上学历。

3.Preferred majors include Computer Science & Technology, Software Engineering, Financial Engineering, etc., with solid professional knowledge.

计算机科学与技术，软件工程，金融工程等专业优先，具备良好的专业知识。

4.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

具备较强的问题分析和解决能力。

5. Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese.

具备良好的英语和中文沟通能力。

6.Strong interest in the financial industry.
