职位描述

1.Manage end-to-end client onboarding, including document review, compliance verification and client data maintenance across internal systems to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

2.Handle daily settlement and trade support for a full range of financial products.

3.Oversee trade booking verification, trade review and fund movement monitoring, complete cash and securities reconciliation, and coordinate with external counterparties, brokers and depositories to address settlement inquiries and issues.

监督交易录入验证、交易审查及资金流动监控，完成现金与证券对账，并与外部交易对手、经纪商及存管机构协调处理结算查询和问题。

4.Collaborate closely with business, compliance, risk, legal, treasury and other teams to resolve operational issues and provide timely responses to internal and external inquiries.

5.Support new projects, new business models and system enhancement projects, including UAT.

6.Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned.

任职要求

1.Law, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related majors preferred.

法律、金融、会计、计算机科学或相关专业优先。

2.Fluent in English and Mandarin; proficiency in Cantonese is a plus.

流利的中英文沟通能力，具备粤语能力者优先。

3.Proficiency in Excel and Word; knowledge of programming languages or AI tools is an advantage.

熟练使用Excel、Word；熟悉编程语言或AI工具应用能力者优先。

4.Relevant certifications (e.g., CAMS, CFA, FRM) are a plus.

持有相关专业资格认证（如CAMS、CFA、FRM）者优先。

5.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
