National Sales Lead- Canada

职位描述

1. Own the Canadian market, including channel development, key account management and overall business growth

2. Deliver key business targets including sales, profit and trade spend efficiency

3. Manage major retail accounts, including JBP, pricing, promotions, merchandising, distribution and new product launches

4. Oversee forecasting, ordering and delivery execution, working closely with cross-functional teams

5. Lead and develop the local sales team, while monitoring market and competitor trends to continuously improve sales strategy

任职要求

1. 10+ years of experience in FMCG or beverages, including at least 5 years in the Canadian market

2. Proven people management experience is required

3. Experience working with major retailers such as Loblaw, Sobeys and Metro preferred

4. Strong understanding of JBP, Trade Spend, pricing and promotional mechanisms

5. Experience launching or growing imported or emerging brands in Canada preferred

6. Fluent in English and Chinese
