Regional Sales Manager – Europe

职位描述

1. Develop relationships with local importers, distributors, agents and key retail customers.

2. Expand product distribution across supermarkets, convenience stores and other major retail channels.

3. Build and grow Chi Forest from the ground up in the local market.

4. Work closely with the China headquarters to achieve sales targets and drive market growth.

任职要求

1. 5–10 years of sales and key account experience in food & beverage or FMCG, with a strong track record across major retail chains, especially grocery and convenience.

2. Strong local distributor and key retail channel resources, with proven experience building a new FMCG brand from the ground up in the local market.

3. Good understanding of the European FMCG market, with experience across multiple European markets preferred.

4. Fluent in English; Chinese is a plus; team management experience is a plus.
