Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, including scope, objectives, timeline, and resource allocation

制定项目实施方案，明确范围、目标、推进节奏及资源调配

• Lead and manage projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget

统筹项目全流程管理，确保按时交付并在预算范围内达成目标

• Liaise with internal departments and external counterparties to meet project objectives

协调内部各相关部门及外部合作机构，保障各方协同推进项目目标

• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies

跟踪项目进展，及时识别潜在风险，制定并落实应对措施

• Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and management

定期向管理层及利益相关方汇报项目状态

Basic Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years' relevant working experience in operations / project management in financial institutions

至少2年在金融机构从事运作或项目管理相关经验

• Bachelor's degree or above

本科及以上学历

• Broad knowledge of financial products and markets, with experience in operations

熟悉多种金融产品及市场运作
