职位描述

• Participate in the formulation and pharmaceutical development of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) and other biologics, including preformulation assessment, stability studies, and drug product developability evaluation.

• Support the design and development of biologics drug products, including liquid and lyophilized formulations, as well as subcutaneous and other advanced delivery approaches, under the guidance of experienced scientists.

• Contribute to the characterization and interpretation of antibody/ADC molecular properties and drug product-related attributes, working cross-functionally with analytical, process development, CMC, and discovery teams.

任职要求

• PhD graduate in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmaceutics, Analytical Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, Chemical Biology, Biochemistry, or a related discipline, with a strong scientific foundation in analytical chemistry, physical chemistry, and/or formulation science.

• Research experience in biologics or macromolecular drug product development is preferred, with familiarity in protein stability studies, preformulation, and dosage-form development, particularly for liquid and lyophilized formulations.

• Basic understanding of antibody and ADC molecular structure, physicochemical properties, and formulation-related analytical characterization. Experience or exposure to high-concentration biologics formulations, subcutaneous drug product development, or advanced biologics delivery technologies is a plus.

• Demonstrates strong scientific curiosity, problem-solving capability, teamwork, and professional communication skills in both English and Chinese.
