职位描述

• Target Validation & Strategy: Evaluate target druggability and design biology-driven strategies for novelty and therapeutic differentiation.

• Antibody Discovery & Screening: Drive high-throughput discovery workflows using one or more discovery platforms (e.g., phage/yeast display, single-cell B-cell isolation, hybridoma, or transgenic mouse models).

• Hit-to-Lead Optimization: Lead candidate selection through biophysical and functional screening, including affinity maturation, humanization, format engineering (e.g., bispecifics, ADCs, nanobodies), and sequence optimization.

• Biophysical & Functional Characterization: Perform and oversee binding kinetics assays (SPR/Biacore, BLI/Octet), cell-based functional assays, flow cytometry (FACS), and developability assessments.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with structural biology, translational oncology/immunology, and preclinical development teams to progress lead candidates toward IND-enabling studies.

• Innovation & IP: Maintain comprehensive research documentation, prepare patents and technical reports, present findings to leadership, and integrate emerging discovery technologies.

任职要求

• Education: PhD (or pending PhD defense) in Immunology, Biochemistry, Structural Biology, Molecular/Cell Biology, Biotechnology, or a related life science field from a top domestic or international university.

• Technical Expertise:

--Hands-on experience with molecular biology techniques, protein expression/purification systems, and antibody assay development.

--Demonstrated familiarity with antibody discovery technologies or recombinant antibody engineering.

--Computational structural biology and AI-aided protein/antibody engineering

--Deep understanding of disease biology , such as cancer, I&I, CNS, and metabolic diseases

• Track Record: Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals (as first author) or proven innovation through patent filings.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills, strong scientific rigor, fluency in English, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, multidisciplinary team environment.
