Key Responsibilities

1. Network Planning & Layout

- Participate in formulating Malaysia channel network plans, including city tiering, outlet density, and regional coverage strategies;

- Regularly analyze existing network coverage, identify gaps, and propose expansion recommendations.

2. Dealer Recruitment & Investor Development

- Assist in screening and evaluating potential dealer investors, conducting qualification reviews and background checks;

- Participate in commercial negotiations, prepare cooperation agreements and related documents to facilitate new dealer signings;

- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential investors, building a structured investor database.

3. New Store Development & Launch Support

- Coordinate the end-to-end new store development process (site selection, design, construction, equipment procurement, system setup, etc.) to ensure timely openings;

- Liaise with internal departments (Sales, Aftersales, Marketing, IT, etc.) to ensure all pre-opening readiness activities are completed;

- Track project progress, provide early warnings, and resolve issues that arise during the development process.

4. Network Optimization

- Regularly evaluate dealer performance and network health, proposing optimization and adjustment recommendations;

- Monitor competitor network developments and industry trends to inform network strategy adjustments.

任职要求

Qualifications

- Bachelor‘s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields;

- Experience in automotive channel development, dealer management, or sales network development;

- Strong negotiation and project management skills, with the ability to independently drive new store development projects;

- Familiarity with Malaysia’s key city commercial real estate environments and automotive retail landscape is preferred;

- Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills;
