职位描述

1. Product Management:

产品管理

Manage product lifecycle from product initiative to product phase out.

管理产品生命周期（从初始到淘汰）。

Analyze and define the product strategy and roadmap for AN market.

分析并确定北亚市场的产品策略与路线。

Analyze and calculate the product cost and price to ensure the product contribution margin is profitable.

分析并计算产品成本与价格，确保产品利润贡献率为正。

Release the product price list to ensure the product is competitive in the market.

发布产品价格表，确保产品在市场上有竞争力。

Conduct product training and presentations.

进行产品培训与展示。

Support sales team with product sales arguments and analysis.

通过销售参数与分析支持销售团队。

Process, evaluate and monitor product ratios (earnings, order intake, sales, costs, warranty, quality, production indicators, etc.).

处理、评估与监控产品比率（收入、订单接收、销售、成本、保修、质量、生产指标等）。

Coordination, definition and monitoring of appropriate measures if necessary.

2. NPD/NPI Project Management:

NPD/NPI项目管理：

Coordination/determination between the departments in strategic projects.

Ensure compliance/implementation of given product measures, policies and processes (MBK, quality, delivery, design changes, sales policy, PEP).

确保符合/实施给定的产品措施、质量和流程（MBK，质量，交付，设计变更，销售政策，PEP）。

Initiation, preparation of decision documents for program expansion (specifications, business plan, etc.).

为计划扩展（规范，业务计划等）启动并实施决策文件。

Ensure a standardized, appropriate and competitive production program.

确保生产计划适当，符合标准化且具有竞争力。

Instruct and prioritize the NPD/NPI project according to product strategy and roadmap.

根据产品战略与路线图指导NPD/NPI项目并确定其优先顺序。

Support in defining the volume targets and the manufacturing cost goal.

Support the implementation of licensing matters.

支持许可事宜的实施。

3. Offer Permission:

Approve and track offer permission according to product strategy and market situation.

根据产品策略与市场情况并准并追踪报价许可。

Conduct offer permission process.

Internal and external communication to improve product competitiveness.

Support product royalty fee tracking.

支持产品特许权使用费追踪。

Product sales tool define and implementation.

Other activities in PM department.

任职要求

1）Education Experience & Certificates / 教育经历 & 证书要求

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in fluid machinery/ mechanical engineering or related fields.

本科及以上学历，流体机械/机械工程等相关专业。

2） Working Experience / 工作经验

1. Min 5 years work experience,with a background in the chemical pump and system industry is preferred.

5年以上工作经验，有化工泵及其系统行业背景优先。

2. Mechanical engineering/project management/product management in pump industry.

有泵行业机械设计/项目管理/产品管理/技术支持工作经历。

3）Professional skill & Special skill / 专业技能和特殊技能要求

1. Excellent oral/written English skills, with proficiency in German being an added advantage.

优秀的英语口头/书面表达能力，掌握德语加分。

2. Excellent communication and expression skills, as well as project management capabilities.

优秀的沟通表达能力和项目管理能力。
