Job Purpose

Responsible for independently and skilfully executing various field and control room operations of TCAT plant. Participates in production preparation, initial startup, and daily operations of TCAT plant. In accordance with HSE requirements and quality standards, safely and stably completes complex operational tasks, ensures the smooth operation of TCAT plant.

负责独立、熟练完成 TCAT 装置各类现场及控制室操作工作；参与装置生产筹备、初次开车及日常运行工作。严格遵循健康安全环境管理要求与质量标准，安全稳定完成各类复杂操作任务，保障 TCAT 装置平稳运行。

Job Dimensions

Key relationships:

This position reports directly to the Shift Supervisor (TCAT) and Head Process Operator(TCAT). Works closely with other operators in the same shift, maintenance technicians, and laboratory analysts.

本岗位直接向 TCAT 装置值班班长、TCAT 装置主操汇报；与本班其他操作工、维修技师及化验分析人员密切配合开展工作。

Decisions made:

Under the guidance of the SS and HPO, independently responsible for the complete operation of TCAT plant, including field patrols, equipment operation, control room panel monitoring, product quality control, and common troubleshooting.

在值班班长（SS）与主操（HPO）指导下，独立负责 TCAT 装置全套操作工作，包含现场巡检、设备操作、控制室盘面监控、产品质量管控及常见故障处置。

Principal Accountabilities

1. To participates in the design review, site safety and quality inspection, punch listing and close-out, ORCSU of the TCAT project.

2. Leads or participates in writing operational manuals, emergency response plans, and various pre-startup technical documents and checklists.

3. Operates the plant complying with HSE standards; Takes part in emergency response drills. Acts as AGT, etc. Responsible for running the plant safely and reliably

4. Maintains a thorough knowledge of current operational status of the process area that he/she is responsible for by reference to daily instructions, Permanent Job List, logbooks, work instruction and shift hand-over communications.

5. Independently performs normal operational and relevant activities, (like training, normal operation, starting up, emergency shutdown, ERP emergency).

6. Monitors process conditions, equipment and systems. Analyses deviations and undertakes preventive measures in consultation with SS or HPO colleagues to prevent production disturbances.

7. Responsible to ensure that the process units are operated to its optimum design by monitoring and acting pro-actively on information obtained from the control-room or his supervisor.

8. Assists updating operational manual, start-up, shutdown procedures and other operational procedures.

9. Ensures and undertakes good house keeping in and around the relevant area of the plant.

10. Takes care of clear verbal and written reporting and ensures proper hand-over of responsibilities takes place during daily shift changes ensures incident and non-conformity reporting.

11. In charge of sampling and intermediate product’s analysis,.

12. Coaching and guiding JPO or PO’s in their development.

13. Any other works instructed by SS.

• 牵头或参与编制装置操作规程、应急预案、各类开车前技术文件与检查清单。

• 严格依照 HSE 标准开展装置操作；参与应急演练，兼任应急小组人员（AGT）等岗位，保障装置安全、稳定运行。

• 通过每日工作指令、固定作业清单、值班日志、作业指导书及班组交接沟通，全面掌握所辖工艺区域实时运行状态。

• 独立完成常规操作及相关作业，包括实操培训、正常运行、装置开车、紧急停车、应急泄压等操作。

• 监控工艺参数、设备及系统运行状态，分析工况偏差，协同值班班长（SS）或主操（HPO）制定预防措施，避免生产波动。

• 通过控制室监控数据、上级指令主动预判处置，确保工艺装置按照最优设计工况运行。

• 协助更新操作规程、开停车步骤及其他各类作业规程。

• 负责所辖装置区域及周边环境保持整洁，落实现场 5S 管理。

• 规范完成口头及书面工作汇报，做好每日班组交接工作；按要求上报各类异常事件与不符合项。

• 负责样品采集及中间产品取样分析相关工作。

• 带教、指导初级主操（JPO）、操作工（PO），助力其技能提升。

• 完成值班班长（SS）安排的其他各项工作。

任职要求

1. Educational background:

• College diploma or above in chemical engineering, industrial catalysis, materials science & engineering, or related subject equivalently is preferred.

2. Work experience:

• Minimum 4 years operations experience in chemical industry

• Experience in solid catalyst, molecular sieve, adsorbent, or powder material production is preferred.

• Previous working experience in a JV environment would be an advantage.

3. Language proficiency:

• Basic English reading ability to understand English process documents.

4. PC skills:

• Proficient in PC skills.
