Credit Risk & Anti-Fraud Manager (BNPL/Personal Loan) - Jakarta - Global Payment

The Global Payment team of ByteDance provides payment solutions - including payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, payment method management, foreign exchange conversion, accounting, reconciliations, and so on to ensure that our users have a smooth and secure payment experience on ByteDance platforms including TikTok.

Responsibilities:

- Assess and manage credit risk across lending businesses, and develop appropriate risk management strategies to ensure business stability and sound risk control.

- Monitor and analyze key credit risk indicators, identify potential risks and anomalies, and drive timely mitigation actions.

- Participate in the development and implementation of credit risk management policies, frameworks, and processes.

- Partner closely with business and cross-functional teams to identify, control, and mitigate credit risks.

- Prepare regular risk assessment reports and recommendations to support business and risk management decisions.

This role will be based onsite at our office and will require a 5-day onsite work arrangement.

Minimum Qualification(s)

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.

- Solid knowledge of credit risk management principles, methodologies, and processes, with a strong understanding of risk assessment and risk control practices.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with business and cross-functional teams.

- Proficiency in both oral and written English for regular collaboration with cross-regional teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualification(s)

- 3+ years of experience in credit risk management, with practical experience in areas such as consumer lending, cash loans, or supply chain finance.

- Strong data analysis and statistical skills, with proficiency in relevant risk management tools and analytical software.
