Procurement Manager - Professional Service (BPO)

The Professional Service Procurement Manager manages all purchasing activities of sub-indirect categories as BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) Services. We provide professional procurement support to multi-stockholders delivering diverse and proper sourcing solutions to different business units.

Responsibilities

- Work as business key partner with BPO services needs and deliver, implement and optimize procurement processes to drive business with higher efficiency and lower cost.

- Work closely with business owners with strong business acumen, define procurement and supply strategy; help business scale quickly by providing feasibility and innovative advice.

- Deep dive into the BPO service industry at global level, benchmarking category, analyzing necessary data to select high quality and cost optimized vendor base, build knowledge of procurement project management.

- Manage supplier daily deliverables, establish performance measurement system to increase competition between vendors, secure supply, and deliver efficiency and flexibility.

Minimum Qualification(s)

- 3+ years of experience in BPO operation industry or 5+ years of experience in a relevant procurement role, with category management experience.

- Strong understanding and practical application of sourcing and procurement principles and best practices.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence effectively.

- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to support strategic decision-making and solve complex problems.

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing deadlines effectively.

- Comfortable working in ambiguous environments, managing conflict and navigating organisational change.

- Willingness to travel within the region and/or internationally as required.

Preferred Qualification(s)

- Relevant professional certifications in procurement (e.g. CIPS, CPM, CPP or equivalent).

- Global BPO experience with Procurement Category or Operation / Account management in BPO industry.

- Experience working in fast-paced, preferably technology-driven environments.

- Solid understanding of global procurement regulations, strategy, market trends and best practices.
