职位描述

(1) Drug R&D:

Conduct project research for small nucleic acid programs and be responsible for sequence screening of small nucleic acid therapeutics to ensure high potency, specificity, and biological activity.

Participate in technical discussions for small nucleic acid programs, including the establishment of in vitro and in vivo evaluation methods, off-target analysis, pharmacodynamic studies, and toxicology studies, to ensure the smooth execution of projects.

(2) Data Analysis and Reporting:

Analyze and summarize experimental data, and prepare detailed experimental reports and technical documentation.

Regularly report project progress to management and propose improvement recommendations and solutions.

(3) Team Collaboration:

Participate in cross-functional collaboration and work closely with Pharmacology, Toxicology, CMC, and other relevant teams to drive project progress.

(4) Emerging Technology Tracking:

Stay up to date with cutting-edge developments in the small nucleic acid field and explore the application of novel delivery technologies, such as extrahepatic delivery.

任职要求

(1) Ph.D. from a well-recognized university or research institution in China or overseas.

(2) Education Background: Ph.D. in Biology, Biochemistry, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Pharmacology, Immunology, Neuroscience, or other related life sciences disciplines.

(3) Professional Skills: Proficient in studying the functions and molecular mechanisms of small nucleic acid/RNA therapeutics. Skilled in molecular biology techniques including RNA extraction, quality analysis, sequence design, RNA-seq, RNA pull-down, and other related experimental methods. Strong literature research skills and English reading and writing abilities, with the capability to independently design experimental plans. Candidates with at least one SCI-indexed publication or relevant patent achievements are preferred.

(4) Personal Qualities: Strong problem-solving skills and innovative thinking, with the ability to independently conduct scientific research. Good teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced working environment. Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism, with the ability to efficiently complete tasks under pressure.
